I want to try and use something like this recipe to try and experiment with this someday if I can figure out how to change this recipe into baker’s percents. The name is so beautiful, Carta Musica. :)
All purpose flour: 2 cup
Semolina flour: ½ cup
Salt: ½ +1/8 teaspoon
Olive oil: 1/3 cup+ 2 tablespoon oil
Water: ¾ cup
