I want to dedicate this post to my late husband, who loved pizza more than I did years ago. He always wanted to try out new pizzas and even would eat cold pizzas. He didn’t care if he bought pizzas frozen and just reheated them in the microwave. Anytime my one daughter or granddaughter wanted to go get some pizza, he was ready to go. I cooked many foods, but he would be satisfied with pizza any day.
He always supported me in anything I wanted to try. Even when he was very ill, he told me to do anything I wanted as far as starting a new business.
I wish I would have know how to make pizza when he was living. He would have enjoyed the different pizzas I have learned to make. He never got to try a pizza made in a Wood Fired Oven. He never heard of a wood fired oven making a pizza and neither did I. I have many good memories of our years together and always will cherish them. I didn't know anything about making pizzas when he was living.
I will post some more pictures of him someday, when I post about our Caramel Corn Stand we owned. He was know as the Caramel Corn King by many people. People that were on their way though our area from Florida to California knew who he was. Still many people ask about him.
