I started on this journey to learn about pizzas about 1 1/2 years ago. In that time, I have made many kinds of pizzas and experimented with different kinds of yeasts. I have also experimented with long room fermented doughs and also long cold fermented doughs. Eventually I will include all these experiments with pictures. I was even crazy enough to enter a pizza contest at Pizza Fusion. I will also include those pictures and video. Pizza making is so interesting to me. Each day I learn new things about making pizza.
