I had made this Ischia starter dough to bake in Steve's WFO.  I like naturally leavened doughs.  This is the video of my first time to ever see how a Wood Fired Oven Bakes Pizzas.  The pizza was amazing in the taste of the crust. :)  The date for this was 9/24/2010
