First Attempt for a pizza like Jim Lahey's at Sullivan St. Bakery, NY

This is my first attempt for a pizza something like the pizza I ate at Jim Lahey's Sullivan St. Bakery in NY.  The first picture is of the Country Store where I purchased a lot of things to make pizza.  The last two pictures  are of the cold slices of my first attempt.
