Off to Market again, to make preferment Lehmann pizzas and also try out my experimental doughs with milk kefir

It is almost time to leave for market.  I am anxious to try out the three experimental doughs made with the milk kefir poolishs.  I never know how the experimental doughs will turn out.

Will  post laster how all the three experiments turned out.

It is very cold here today and the weathermen are calling for snow flurries.  Hopefully the roads won't get slippery.  If they do then customers won't come to market.
