This was not even my first year into my adventures of pizza making. I didn’t even own a mixer, and didn’t have a scale or pizza scale at home, but it was still fun venturing into the world of learning how to make focaccia or Sicilian pizzas. This thread had a lot of good information from other members of the forum and I still cherish each and every post from other members of pizzamaking.com. :)
