More Detroit Style Pizzas Made this week...

I am still learning about making Detroit style pizzas.  This week no salt was added to the dough and in my opinion they turned out well for no salt in the dough.  I am offering Detroit style pizzas at market now.  Hopefully, I will get faster and be able to offer customers a chance to taste a Detroit style of pizza all the time.
