My granddaughter is my helper at my
little farmer's market pizza stand right now. She asked at the end
of each week if she could try to make pizzas.
She did a great job both times. I sure
took a long while before I could open pizza dough like she can.
Since I am only open one day a week, she can get much practice in
making pizzas. I am too busy the rest of the day to let her try to
make pizzas.
