January 2010 Monthly Challenge- CHEESE!
Steve, my friend did this challenge for cheese on pizzamaking.com. in January 2010.
My submission for cheese wasn't a pizza, but cheesy bread sticks, made with the Lehmann dough. These cheesy breadsticks were made at market, with mixed cheeses. The cheeses used were mozzarella -part skim, mozzarella-whole milk and cheddar-white mild.
