Milk kefir poolish Fairmont Bagel Dough Pizza :) 11/30/2010

I used about the same in ingredients I used before to bake bagels, but this time I used a milk kefir poolish to make this pizza with the bagel formula.

This pizza was the best pizza I made up to this date.  This bagel dough crust had a very different amazing taste.  The pizza had good oven spring and did brown well.
