These are the pictures of how the pizza looks, when I made my next attempt yesterday of using a milk kefir poolish with added honey. The crust did brown better, but I would still like this milk kefir poolish with extra honey to brown more. I don't understand why the crust did brown better in some spots and other parts of the rim are still lighter. I might take me and others awhile to figure this out. More experimenting...
This pizza crust did taste better than my last attempts. The rim was airy and the inside of the rim was moist.
