My Pie Monday: Presidents' Day Edition 2/21/2011

Norma's WFO pizza: "Since it was nice the last two days in my area, my friend Steve (Ev) invited me to his home last evening to bake in his WFO. This pizza was a Peter Reinhart Classic Pizza Dough, Neo-Neapolitan Style with 75% hydration and almost 4% olive oil, made with Better for Bread flour. This pie was delicious as pies made in a WFO are so much better in my opinion. Dressed with San Marzano tomatoes and fresh mozzarella
