My pizza was Dave’s “Old Faithful” with EL-7 added.

New York-Style : Norma427's foldable New York-Style Pie began with "Old Faithful" dough by Big Dave Ostrander, a commercial dough geared for professionals plus a little EL-7, a dough enhancer for the pros. The results? An authentic street slice with a bit of freshness from fresh rosemary, basil, and oregano from the garden.
