I am always on the look-out to try a new kind of pizza or try different kinds of ingredients in pizzas. I am interested in trying any kind of pizza I can. I don’t know if I will ever find a different kind of pizza, that I will think will taste that is better than the last one I made or have tasted at a different pizzeria, but tend to think for the pizzas I have tried, there is always a different tasting pizza somewhere that I might like better. At least so far, in my small amount of time I have spent learning about pizzas, there is always something new to try.
I found these little Gummi Pizzas at our local Country Store and for only .25 for a whole pie, it was the cheapest pizza I have ever eaten. The little Gummi Pizzas aren’t sour, but does have a good flavor. I really don’t eat a lot of candy, but these are good, in my opinion.
I also received a sign from Stanislaus that I plan on framing and placing on my wall at my small pizza stand at market. I really like the sign.

This is a blog about my learning knowledge to make pizza. I have been helped by many people on my journey
Welcome...
There are so many variables that go into making a PIZZA. The hydration of the dough, flour, yeast and many more.. Amounts of any kind of yeast in a pizza can make a big difference. Most recipes posted on the web, use too much yeast in their recipes. What I have found out so far, is either bulk fermenting the dough or cold fermenting the dough will give a better flavor in the crust. I am still experimenting to find different flavors in the crust of pies. In my opinion pizza is all about the best flavor you can achieve in a crust. I still am on the journey about flavors in the crust. Even differences in temperatures in you home or times of the year can influence how much yeast to use. If you want a pizza to develop flavors in the crust, there are many ways to go about achieving this.
